Residential construction and remodeling services in Colorado.

A focused set of services for Colorado homeowners planning substantial construction or renovation work. Pick the category closest to your project — each page explains what the work usually involves, what to plan for, and how we coordinate it.

Every service below is delivered from our Littleton base across the Denver metro communities we work in, and completed scope is covered as described on our workmanship warranty page.

— How the categories connect

Where most Denver-metro projects actually start

Most enquiries begin with one of four questions. If the goal is more square footage, the choice is between building out, building up and finishing space you already own — the planning ranges and trade-offs are set out in our Denver metro home addition cost guide, and basement remodeling is usually the cheaper route to the same room count.

If the goal is usable outdoor space, decks and outdoor living covers open, covered and ground-level structures, while a conditioned sunroom or patio enclosure is priced and permitted as an addition. If the driver is the envelope — leaks, drafts, hail damage or tired siding — exterior remodeling and window and exterior door replacement are scoped together, because replacing one over failed flashing hides the problem rather than fixing it.

Whichever category applies, the reviewing jurisdiction changes the schedule more than the scope does. That varies by address — see Littleton, Lakewood and Highlands Ranch for how permitting works in each, or our ten-step process for the order everything happens in.

— Not sure where it fits?

Real projects rarely fit one label.

A "kitchen remodel" often turns into structural work, an addition frequently pulls in exterior scope, and a deck project may need permit coordination. Tell us what you're considering and we'll help you understand the categories in play before you commit to anything.
