Workmanship coverage.
Workmanship coverage on Abricos LLC projects is defined in the signed project contract. The specific term, scope and exclusions vary by project and are set out in that written agreement.
Product warranties — for materials, appliances, windows, roofing systems and similar items — are separate and are provided directly by the manufacturer of each product. Copies of applicable manufacturer warranties are turned over at project closeout.
Work performed by licensed specialty trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural) is covered under the terms of that trade's own workmanship warranty, in addition to any manufacturer coverage on installed equipment.
