Abricos LLC
— Service areas

Colorado communities we work in.

Abricos LLC is a Colorado general contractor based in Littleton. Day-to-day work happens across the Denver metropolitan area, with selected extended service in Colorado Springs and Fort Collins for larger residential projects. Availability for a specific project depends on scope, location, scheduling, site conditions and required coordination.

The same construction and remodeling services are available in each community below. Not sure if we cover your address? Call (720) 722-1707 or request a consultation.

— Denver metropolitan area

Core service area

Cities and communities across the Denver metro where we regularly work. Each page covers what a homeowner can expect for that area — local planning context, typical project types, jurisdiction notes and frequently asked questions.

City and County of Denver

Denver

Denver housing spans Victorian brick, mid-century ranch and modern infill. Each style has its own structural, envelope and permit considerations, and we plan scope to the actual house rather than a generic template.

Littleton

Abricos LLC is based in Littleton. We work across the south-metro area — from Ken Caryl and Columbine to Roxborough and the ranch neighborhoods west of Santa Fe — and we handle the permit coordination across the three counties that overlap Littleton mailing addresses.

Aurora

Aurora spans a wide range of housing eras, from older near-Denver neighborhoods to newer subdivisions east of E-470. Scope and permitting differ significantly across these areas, and we plan accordingly.

Lakewood

Lakewood homes often sit on well-established lots with mature trees and specific setback and site conditions. We handle Jefferson County and City of Lakewood permitting as part of scope.

Centennial

Centennial covers a broad range of subdivisions with active HOAs. HOA architectural review is factored into the schedule as part of scope.

Highlands Ranch

Highlands Ranch has strong HOA design review across most sub-associations. We assemble submittal packages so approvals move without repeated resubmittals.

Castle Rock

Castle Rock lots often see wind exposure and grade change. Site drainage, deck footings and roof detailing are planned for those conditions.

Parker

Parker has grown quickly and the housing stock varies significantly by subdivision and build year. We plan scope to the actual home rather than a subdivision template.

Arvada

Arvada straddles two counties and has an active review process for exterior changes. We manage that coordination as part of the contract.

Westminster

Westminster homes range from established mid-century neighborhoods to newer builds near US-36. Scope varies significantly by area and vintage.

— Extended service

Selected projects outside the metro

These communities are extended service areas rather than day-to-day local markets. We take on selected larger residential projects — additions, custom construction, structural work and major remodels — where the scope, location and schedule support travel from our Littleton base. Whether a specific project fits is discussed at the first conversation.

— Why the city page matters

The address decides the review, not the scope.

Two identical projects can run on very different schedules purely because of who reviews them. A Littleton mailing address may be reviewed by the city or by one of three counties. Most of Lakewood is permitted by the city's own division, with edge parcels going to Jefferson County. In Highlands Ranch, the Douglas County permit and the community architectural review are two separate tracks that both have to clear.

Each city page sets out that local context alongside the project types we are asked about most there — commonly additions, basement finishing and decks and outdoor living.

— Availability

One company, no branch offices.

Abricos LLC operates from Littleton. There are no branch offices, showrooms or resident crews in the other communities listed above — each project is planned, staged and coordinated from the Littleton base. Service availability for any specific address depends on scope, scheduling, site conditions, jurisdiction and any required coordination with appropriately licensed trade and design professionals.
